All accepted registrations are binding and require payment. The cancellation conditions below will apply.
Due to the limited number of tickets you can book party tickets initially only in combination with a workshop registration. If the parties are not sold out before, tickets without workshop participation will be available for sale starting October 11.
Participation in a competition is only possible in connection with the respective evening ticket. There is an entry fee of 10 Euro / person for each competition.
Workshops can be booked on a daily base. Each day consists of 4 hours of classes.
We work with a waiting list for the workshops in order to achieve an appropriate leader-follower ratio. Therefore, please note the information below:
1) Individual registrations
As soon as you submit your order, you will receive a booking confirmation by email. If the ratio of leaders to followers is balanced at the time of your registration, your spot at MBSW is confirmed. In this case, the confirmation email also serves as your payment request.
An individual registration does not automatically mean you will be placed on the waiting list! You will only be placed on the waiting list if the leader/follower ratio is not balanced at the time of your registration.
You can see whether you are on the waiting list by checking your booking confirmation. For example, it may say:
Balboa BEG Follower Waiting List / waiting list : Yes.
In this case, we can only confirm your booking once a spot becomes available. As soon as a spot opens up, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email. If we are unable to offer you a spot within 7 days, you may cancel your booking free of charge. Please send your cancellation request to: info@worldofswing.com. We immediately will refund you the received payment.
Please note that you are expected to dance the role you registered for during the course.
2) Couple registrations
As long as the course is not fully booked, couple registrations will be confirmed immediately. However, each person must register individually for the same level and enter their partner's first and last name in the designated field (please ensure that the spelling exactly matches your partner's registration). If a course is fully booked, you can be placed on the waiting list. You can specify different partners for different course blocks. Each named partner must register for the same level within two days. Otherwise, your registration will be treated as an individual registration, and you will be placed at the end of the current waiting list.
You can pay per bank transfer, credit card or Wero.
If you chose bank transfer your payment must be made no later than five days after your registration and before the start of the event. If your registration is not confirmed until after October 18, we ask that you pay via instant transfer, as standard bank transfers may not arrive in time.
In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees and interest in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Early bird discounts are only valid if payment is received on time.
Every registration is binding and requires payment within 5 days after receiving the registration confirmation. If a cancellation becomes necessary, the following cancellation conditions apply:

If you make a transfer from a non-EU country, make sure that the transfer is placed as an 'OUR' transfer. This means that all bank fees (sender and recipient) will be paid by the sender. Please take into account that international bank transfers take 2 to 3 days.
Don't forget to enter your name and the booking reference "MBSW26..." as the purpose, so we can connect your payment to you.
