It is still possible to register for the workshops at the Check-in if the Leader / Follower ratio permits.

All accepted registrations are binding. The cancellation conditions below will apply.
Due to the limited number of tickets for the parties on Friday and Saturday night, tickets are only available in combination with a registration for the workshops until Oct 11th. If not sold out before, a limited number of tickets will be available for purchase without a workshop registration from Oct 12th.
Participation in a competition is only possible in connection with the respective evening ticket. There is an entry fee of 5 euros / person for each competition.
Workshops can be booked on a daily base. Each day consists of 4 hours of classes.
If there are still places available, individual days can also be booked on site.
We work with a waiting list at the workshops in order to achieve an appropriate leader-follower ratio. Therefore, please note the information below:
1) Single registrations
You will receive a booking confirmation per email immediately after submitting your order. If the ratio between leaders and followers is balanced at the time of registration, you are firmly registered for the MBSW and this confirmation email is also the request for payment.
A single registration does not automatically mean that you will be on the waiting list. You will only be placed on the waiting list if there is no balanced lead/follow ratio at the time of your registration.
If you are on the waiting list it is stated so on your booking confirmation, e.g.:
Balboa BEG Follower Waiting List / waiting list : Yes.
In this case, we can only accept your booking once a place has become available. When a place becomes available, you will automatically receive a new confirmation/payment request by e-mail. If you are on the waiting list and we cannot give you a commitment within 7 days, you can cancel your booking free of charge. In this case, send an email with your withdrawal request to info@worldofswing.com.
Keep in mind that you have to stick to the role you initially signed up for.
2) Couple registrations
As long as space is available, couple registrations will be confirmed immediately. However, each person must register individually for the same level and then enter the first and last name of the partner in the field provided (please, make sure that you write the name the same as it is on your partner's registration). You can enter different partners for different blocks. The respective partner must then place his/her own registration in the same level within 2 days. Otherwise, your registration will be treated as a single application and will be moved to the end of the current waiting list.
Payments have to be received before the event and within 5 days after we have sent you your confirmation of acceptance. If your registration will be accepted after Oct. 20th, use PayPal or pay as an exception at the check-in, because a money transfer might not arrive in time before the weekend.
Delayed payments can result in reminder fees and default interest according to our general terms and conditions. Early bird prices are only granted if payments arrive in time.
Each registration is binding! You need to pay your workshop fee within 5 days of your registration. If you need to cancel your registration be aware of our cancellation policy:

If you make a transfer from a non-EU country, make sure that the transfer is placed as an 'OUR' transfer. This means that all bank fees (sender and recipient) will be paid by the sender. Please take into account that international bank transfers take 2 to 3 days.
